As changes and uncertainty can upset our routine, this workshop will focus on addressing how we can adapt, learn and improve our creative performance. We will analyse your patterns and look in detail into the following questions:
How do you react to change? What do you need to do to take advantage?
How do you procrastinate? What can do you to react quickly?
How can you set up objectives that are tailor made to your needs? What can you do to achieve them?
We will use different tools and strategies throughout the workshop to generate ideas and create an approach that fits into your creative practice.
This workshop is limited to 10 participants, lasts 3 hours and is open to all artists and designers. We will use basic drawing materials at the beginning of the session and you will receive all the details once the course has been booked.
