My teaching style is multi modal, involving cognitive stimulation. I am passionate about spreading my love for craft and the importance of practical, hands-on work. I believe there is a value in delivering craft workshops to society - there has been a real lack of hands-on teaching in recent years. I want to promote more active lives with more time moving around and getting messy. Participating in workshops is a way of life, a community and we want you to be a part of it. I have devoted my practice to forming communities. My history is working in public space and creating events and collective experiences. With a Graphic Design background, I am a trained Printmaker and the work is focused around colour and print. Many of my projects have involved running workshops with adults and children. I have been a member of several other collectives and groups, including Print Space which is a collaboration between 7 printmakers, based Peckham Levels. I also am launching Engage Here, a co-operative mobile workshop for people with dementia. My skill set is in social communication, drawing, installation, print and paint.
