    Lyndsay’s contemporary jewellery collection, ‘Na Mara’, is inspired by messy compositions of debris created by the tides along the Scottish Coast where she’s based. Drawing is a vital part of her process, using mark-making to develop abstract impressions from the landscape. Based on the drawn-line, she creates tactile pieces which vary with each iteration; as with a drawing, each is unique.

    I am a printmaker and artist and I work from my attic studio in West Yorkshire. My prints are influenced by my love of being immersed in nature and my belief that everyone has a right to be wrapped in the natural world.     As an artist and crafts person most of my adult life in a variety of disciplines, in the past 20 years I have been concentrating on working in two different areas.. CERAMICS creating mosaic pictures using my hand painted ceramic tiles, which are fired before breaking to create the design. and POLYMER CLAY, producing jewellery and recently miniature land and seascapes.
